Maintenance Officer

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering ,Mechanical Engineering,Building Construction,Plumbing or any related technical field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance work, preferably  in busy institutional setting.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing , carpentry, painting , air conditioning and general facility maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot  and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Good record keeping and reporting skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Flexibility to respond  to emergency maintenance issues when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
